It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon when I found myself digging through shelves, looking for a specific board game... and stumbled upon one I didn't even remember we owned. Our collection had grown wildly over the years, scattered across rooms. I muttered to my wife, "This is ridiculous. We need one place for everything: our games, our plays, our plans." That same night, I started building it. From late-night coding marathons to testing real-life game nights, that idea evolved into Ludoya: a single space where board gamers can manage their collections, log plays (together!), plan events, and build community. "Ludoya" combines "Ludo" (Latin for game) and "Ya" ("you" in English, "shop" in Japanese, and "now" in Spanish), symbolizing instant connection and inclusive play.
