A random encounter list provides 100 inmates to populate a crowded county jail in a modern roleplaying campaign. Each entry includes a first and last name, age, and the crime or crimes leading to arrest. The inmates can support campaigns focused on crime, superheroes, action, or other contemporary settings, and can be combined with earlier volumes for a larger roster.
