A Bridge Too Far: Arnhem
A two-player operational-level wargame that recreates Operation Market Garden in September 1944. One player commands Allied airborne and ground forces attempting to seize bridges and push north; the other controls German defenders trying to hold positions and disrupt the advance. Players maneuver infantry, armor and airborne units across a hex map, resolve combat with standard wargame mechanics, and manage reinforcement and supply timing. Play emphasizes joint airborne-ground coordination, contested river crossings, and tempo-driven objectives over a campaign-length scenario set in the Arnhem sector.
