A Guide to the Border Princedom of El Valle Eterno
This setting guide describes El Valle Eterno, a relatively stable Border Princedom ruled for nearly two centuries by Felipe Lopez, a vampire of Estalian origin. It covers his leadership, economic policies, ruthless treatment of enemies, and protection of the region from external threats. The mortal inhabitants support his rule and provide him with blood in return for the prosperity and security he has brought to the valley.
