Japan (fan expansion for Age of Steam)
An Age of Steam variant set in mountainous Japan, designed primarily for three players. High terrain costs make track construction expensive, while water hexes can be bridged for $6. The Locomotive action provides a temporary +1 link bonus for the current turn, and Urbanization uses one of a player's track builds.
