The course of history can be steered by powerful leaders. Six renowned figures from major eras introduce distinct goals and milestones. One leader guides a civilization from setup, adding a scoring requirement that must be met by the end of the game. Another provides a milestone, an event that imposes a new rule on society for the remainder of play. Meeting the leader’s goal and completing the milestone shape the civilization’s legacy.
