It details settlements from the capital of Almas to frontier communities, the Eagle Knights and their divisions, rival factions, adventure sites, and a regional map. New monsters, NPCs, random encounters, and information on the nation’s patron agathion support campaigns in the untamed lands between civilization and wilderness.
