The third Data Pack in the Kitara Cycle explores the Sub-Saharan League, efforts to construct a second elevator between Earth and the Moon, and the conspiracies surrounding both projects. It adds twenty new cards, with three copies of each, including a powerful virus, two competing currents, a new NBN identity, and other tools for corporate and runner decks.
