This sourcebook presents a collection of articles for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, framed as letters compiled by a mysterious resident of a Shallyan hospice during the approaching End Times. Its focus is the Dwarfs, Elves, and Halflings whose communities and cultures shape the Old World. It details the Dwarf hold of Karak Azgaraz, Imperial Dwarf communities, the extended clans of the Empire’s Halflings, and the farms, villages, rivers, and forests of the Mootland. It also explores the politics, culture, and dangers of Laurelorn. New locations, careers, NPCs, lore, and adventure hooks support campaigns set throughout the Empire.
