Artifices of Quartztoil Tower

The adventure begins in a town marketplace, where the party must stop a rampaging golem attacking townsfolk and damaging the surroundings. They can defeat it in combat or lure it into a warehouse, allowing the town guards to destroy it. Examining the remains reveals bones inside the metal armor and the name Quartztoil written in Gnomish script. The guards report that it is the eighth construct to appear in the area within six months. Investigating the name leads to an abandoned mountain tower and the story of Penaral Quartztoil, an aspiring Gnomish artificer who has not been heard from for nearly a century.
