ASL Comp: Hill of Blood

This tactical ASL game portrays the fighting for Mamayev Kurgan during the Battle of Stalingrad. From September 1942 through the final days of the campaign, German and Soviet forces contest the hill’s slopes, strongpoints, ravines, and surrounding worker settlements. Players command infantry, artillery, armor, and air support in scenarios covering the German assaults and Soviet defenses. German forces seek to capture and hold the summit and advance beyond the hill, while Soviet units establish strongpoints, launch spoiling attacks, and attempt to retain their positions until relief arrives.
