Axis & Allies Anniversary Edition: World on Fire

Each nation receives a deck of Morale Bonus Cards; players earn cards by completing their national objectives (Anniversary Edition) or by controlling victory cities (1942 Second Edition). Cards grant historically themed bonuses or one-time abilities when played, and a reference document lists each card’s historical justification. Designed for use alongside the base game, it integrates card-driven national modifiers without changing core combat or movement rules.
