A promo scenario card that changes how enemies are engaged across battlefields. While active, villains on each battlefield must be defeated in ascending rank order, forcing players to target rank 1 foes before higher-ranked enemies become eligible. This effect applies independently on each battlefield and remains in force while the card is active, restricting targeting choices and altering combat priorities.
