Blood & Ink: Tattoo Magic
This supplement expands tattoo magic for Scarred Lands 5e campaigns, giving characters and GMs additional ways to use magical art in the war-torn world of Scarn. It introduces the College of the Needles, a bardic college focused on creating magical art and tattoos, along with twelve magic tattoos and eight variations of the Titan Blood potion. Rules for mixing titan blood into tattoo ink allow characters to bind titan power into their flesh.
