The expansion adds mini-bosses and tougher foes that integrate into any campaign, increasing difficulty and altering encounters as the party progresses. New endgame content extends the campaign with an additional chapter featuring legendary adversaries that change combat dynamics and victory conditions. Players manage their hunter characters, gear, and tactics while engaging these more dangerous foes, adapting strategies to survive until dawn.
