An unexpected enemy attacks the Moonshae Isles with ferocious bloodlust and an unknown purpose. Characters investigate the attacks, uncover who is responsible, and work to stop the threat before the locals are overwhelmed. This four-hour D&D Adventurers League adventure is designed for characters of 5th–10th level and forms the second part of the Tides of Blood trilogy.
