A Mutant Future supplement centered on pre-war books recovered from the Wastes. Characters can discover strange manuals, guides, magazines, and handbooks that grant new abilities under the game master's control, or sell them for quick cash. Included titles cover firearms, business, revolution, survival, first aid, robotics, combat, repairs, and other lost knowledge from the old world.
