Build up Boston’s early tramways as elevated electric rail companies serving the city and its suburbs. Manage limited 25 Hz power generators while expanding routes between historic locations, with horse-drawn tramways helping carry passengers to their destinations. As the companies merge and generators become more efficient, work toward a growing network before the system joins the public power grid.
