This sourcebook details a secretive group of seven assassins created by Emok Zenkaya to help the Folding Circle gain political control through carefully applied violence. It covers the group’s history and relationship with the Folding Circle, along with statistics, abilities, and rules for all seven members, ranging from CR 8 to 14. Miniature counters and monster cards are also included.
