CapCom Street Fighter Deck-Building Game: Blanka Promo

A promotional character card for the Street Fighter deck-building game, allowing Blanka to be selected as the represented fighter. Blanka’s Counter-Attack ability gains a Weakness for each card costing 6 or more in the discard pile. His Lightning Cannonball Ultra card provides +2 Power, gives each foe a Weakness, and makes them discard all Starter cards from hand. It can also be shuffled into the deck to avoid an Attack, draw a card, and Counter-Attack against the attacker.
