Captain Flip: Isla Bomba – Message in a Bottle
Draw a special event that adds a new Treasure Card to the game and then introduces an additional island tile. When this card is resolved, take a Treasure Card at random from the box and place it beside the player board, return the message card to the box, then draw and place a new tile as usual. The setup uses one extra Treasure Card (or 2–3 when playing with the Observatory variant). Players may hold up to three Treasure Cards, and when instructed to take a card they must first choose from the shared center cards if any are available.
