Carcassonne: The Four Seasons – The Winter

Adds twelve new winter-themed landscape tiles with individual illustrations that integrate into the base game or act as a small mini-expansion. Placed tiles can trigger immediate scoring: when a winter tile is placed, highwaymen (and in an alternate winter-edition variation, wild animals) on tiles adjacent in any direction to the placed tile score 2 points each; the winter tile itself scores no points. The set also includes a statue tile variant: if a placed tile is adjacent to a statue from the four-season series, the player may place two meeples on that tile in different areas. Use the tiles to expand the board, create seasonal combos, or mix rules across the four-season tiles.
