Challenge of the Ashen One
The heroes join the thief Lyanna in using teleportation runes to enter the Bloodfall Shaft, an extraplanar dungeon said to contain the Bloodletter’s Knife and guarded by a dangerous mage. They explore its levels while facing rival adventurers led by Barraster Jinnock, choosing whether to fight or form a temporary truce. At the fourth level, they must overcome traps, guardians, and the undead Ashen One.
