Cities of Altered Earth: Consortium
Consortium is a vast city on the Inland Sea, where impoverished citizens live in crowded habitation complexes beneath a politically powerful elite. Automated gun turrets and secret police enforce order, while dissent can lead to reeducation or worse. This setting supplement details the city’s history and layout, along with encounter groups for its police and military forces. It also describes criminal organizations and outlawed religious sects operating throughout the city.
