Citizens of the Spark: Transmission Pack
Add the Advocate, Pillager and Warden to the base game, along with new cards for solo play, storage and setup. The Warden prevents opponents from following actions while rewarding those who do; the Advocate lets other Citizens’ actions be performed twice; and the Pillager steals Citizens from rival cities while causing unrest based on military strength.
