A campaign and adventure sourcebook for v3.5 fantasy roleplaying, centered on the fabled City of Brass, a magical fortress and planar bazaar filled with relics, dangers, and wishes granted at a price. Players journey across the planes, explore the city and its surroundings, and gain access to new spells, magic items, and feats. Gamemasters receive new monsters and powerful NPCs, including the Grand Vizier and Sultan of the Efreet, along with guidance for adding the city to an existing d20 campaign and 101 adventure ideas.
