City of Cats

A city gazetteer and collection of adventures set in a desert city where cats are sacred, ambitious factions compete for influence, and thieves prowl the streets under the watch of the goddess Bastet. It introduces the Southlands campaign setting and can also be adapted for other desert settings featuring feline worship and wary, cunning rats.
