City of Strangers
A detailed guide to Kaer Maga, an ancient ruined fortress city where refugees, criminals, gangs, monsters, and dangerous merchants live beyond the laws of other nations. It presents the history and districts of the city, along with its major factions and their rivalries. The book also details the dungeons beneath the streets, the Duskwardens who contain their threats, new creatures and magic items, random encounters, and the bloatmage prestige class. It is designed for use with the Pathfinder setting and roleplaying game, but can be adapted to other fantasy campaigns.
