A roleplaying setting for mystery and horror in Victorian England, amid fog-bound streets, social inequality, political tensions, and the world of Sherlock Holmes, Dracula, and Jack the Ripper. Players create investigators and explore crimes, conspiracies, and the Cthulhu Mythos through campaigns set in London or the British countryside. The setting includes information on Victorian society, crime, politics, personalities, British myths and legends, Mythos creatures and cults, fictional allies and adversaries, and guidance for running different campaign styles. Two scenarios provide adventures in urban London and rural Dartmoor.
