Cthulhu Dark Ages
A roleplaying game set around 1000 A.D., where warlords, disease, superstition, and poverty shape daily life. Beneath this harsh medieval world, forbidden books and ancient ruins reveal the continuing influence of the Cthulhu Mythos, with creatures such as ghouls, deep ones, mi-go, and the dark young of Shub-Niggurath threatening human settlements. Players create investigators who explore dangerous places, uncover occult knowledge, and confront forces beyond human understanding. The game uses the Basic Roleplaying system, with rules for investigation, combat, magic, and the consequences of confronting the Mythos.
