Cuba Libre: Invierno Cubano – Castro's Counterinsurgency, 1959-1965
Cuba, 1959–1965: Castro’s new government works to consolidate power and reform the country while landowners, rebels, urban exiles, and CIA-backed forces contest control of the island. This asymmetric COIN expansion uses the core system to add four factions, a new card deck, and new Operations and Special Activities, including Deploy, Inform, Shakedown, Harvest, Unite, Campaign, Govern, and Rescue. A dedicated solitaire system provides non-player opponents for each faction.
