Dice Throne: Season Two – Gunslinger v. Samurai

Two iconic combatants face off in a head-to-head duel of dice and cards. Players pick one of two asymmetric heroes, each with a unique set of five dice and an individualized ability board. Roll dice to trigger attacks and abilities, earn and spend combat points on cards that grant upgrades, status effects, or dice manipulation, and manage health and resources to outmaneuver the opponent. The game supports fast, tactical 1v1 play with a focus on optimizing dice outcomes and card sequencing.

    1 vs 1 asymmetric dice game. PROS - The production is top notch. - The idea of upgrading your character sounds fun (check the cons). CONS - The gameplay feels limited and your decision points are obvious most of the time, and straight non-existent sometimes. - The upgrading is disappointing, not really giving you the vibes of becoming a powerful version or unlocking anything exciting. There is no real room for strategy, adapting your build to the opponent or anything like that. - The interaction is very direct and non subtle at all. - There is almost no real variability from game to game. It can quickly become boring.
