This expansion adds a new district to the imp town, where unusual businesses and black-market opportunities change how pets are acquired and managed. Players can hire illegal workers, buy new pets, access facilities that produce food for active animals, and equip pets with accessories such as ribbons and spiked collars. It includes new pets, cages, facilities, customers, exhibitions, artifacts, permissions, and a two-sided board extension.
