Dust Tactics: MIL MI-45K – "Air Ambulance"
The Sino-Soviet Union leads the development of helicopter technology, while the other blocs work to catch up. Although its helicopters are mainly used for combat and troop deployment, some are converted into air ambulances that evacuate wounded personnel to the rear lines, improving battlefield survival.
