This supplement presents the Grat’tals, a playable humanoid race created when Brain Gorgers magically and psionically alter human fetuses. Sharing aspects of their human ancestry and their creators’ abilities, these servants are shaped by the hive-like society of the deep dark. The PDF includes the complete Grat’tal player race, an advancement feat, and background tables for developing Brain-Gorger Spawn characters.
