A fantasy roleplaying adventure set in the town of Kila, where characters pursue an obsessive killer amid rival factions competing for control of the city and surrounding countryside. The scenario provides city-spanning rumors and tasks, including murderous innkeepers, dangerous sewers, and other threats within and beyond the city walls. It continues the Descendant Revenge campaign.
