Eternal: Chronicles of the Throne

Noble houses vie to claim an unoccupied throne by recruiting allies, researching spells, and collecting relics. Players build and customize decks representing their faction, summon units and cast spells from hand, and deploy those forces into tactical skirmishes against opponents. Turns alternate between developing a personal tableau—upgrading cards, acquiring new abilities, and assembling combos—and committing troops and magic to assault or defend. Victory emerges from a combination of economic engine-building, tactical combat choices, and timely use of relics and researched powers.

The best pure deck building game I have ever played. This absolutely destroys Star Realms and Shards of Infinity. This game has such a great flow and power ramp up plus the variety of card powers is so fun. The Gold and Steel expansion take this game to a new level as well. I love that some cards add tokens to the table or add wings to a card creating unique combos. Definitely a game that is a HIDDEN GEM!
