A traveling space circus combines spectacular performances with a hidden mission: recruiting and training people whose unusual abilities are difficult to control. This supplement presents the organization’s history, methods, motivations, reach, and influence, along with profiles of the performers, staff, and other character types typically found among its ranks. It also includes game statistics compatible with the External Factors: Organizations format, and can be adapted for Cepheus Engine, the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game, or other science-fiction roleplaying systems.
