An assassin is loose in the city of Onero, and someone offers information in exchange for a share of the bounty. In the City of Sins, secrets are difficult to keep as competing offers and hidden motives draw the characters into the investigation. This adventure is designed for characters of levels 3–8, with average party levels of 3, 5, or 7.
