Federation & Empire: Combined Operations – Rulebook 2021 Edition
An expanded and updated rules supplement for Federation & Empire, incorporating rulings and revisions discussed during Stratcon 2021. It adds stasis field generators, electronic warfare, light tactical transports, monitors, special units, Marines, commercial convoys, base stations, PF storage depots, ground combat, special attack forces, and prime teams. The supplement also includes scenarios featuring conflicts among the Federation, Klingons, Kzintis, Lyrans, Hydrans, Romulans, Gorns, and Tholians, including training and alternate-history situations. The 2010 rulebook and various countersheets are required.
