An old-school fantasy adventure set in Low City, where the proprietor of the Owl & Weasel Inn secretly kidnaps vulnerable guests and sells them to the Takolen. The adventurers become involved when they uncover the innkeeper’s operation, investigating the establishment, gathering information, and deciding how to confront the people behind the disappearances.
