Fiendish Foes: Challenging Opponents for Four Against Darkness
A compact supplement of additional random encounter tables and stat blocks aimed at mid-level dungeon parties. It introduces a variety of grimmer, more dangerous versions of classic dungeon monsters and a few unusual foes, with game statistics for each creature. Players and referees use the tables to generate tougher encounters and to vary monster selection beyond the base booklet. The book runs eight pages and serves as an add-on resource for generating deadlier, less predictable combat challenges.
