Flames of War: Red Banner – Soviet Forces on the Eastern Front 1942-43
This supplement expands Soviet forces in Flames of War for the Eastern Front in late 1942 and 1943. It covers the reorganised tank corps that emerged during the Battle of Stalingrad, fought at Kursk, and advanced toward the Dnieper River. Used with Enemy at the Gates, it supports a wide range of historical Soviet forces and play styles. Older tank formations can support riflemen, while newer tank corps form offensive spearheads, allowing the two books to be combined when building an army.
