Fleet: Arctic Bounty – Captain "Peg Leg" Louder
A Captain Card for the 1–2 player variants adds an automated opponent with a larger fleet and more aggressive auction behavior. At the start of the Launch Boats phase, reveal the top boat card. If it shows a 2-coin boat, add it to the captain’s fleet; otherwise, discard it. During the Auction phase, the captain remains on the licenses even after winning one and may win multiple licenses in the same round. The phase ends as normal.
