Forum Trajanum: Honorary Citizens Promo
This mini-expansion adds eight Colonia tiles, each containing two honorary citizens in every player color, along with a Construction Crane Scoring board. Whenever a player scores a construction crane, they receive a special bonus, such as points for buildings next to cranes, additional building space, or honorary citizens. Honorary citizens can be sent immediately as envoys to the Forum Trajanum in Rome or used as special citizens to gain one of the six citizen abilities for the rest of the game.
