It introduces Plans & Operations rules for creating collaborative mission montages in which players combine their skills and resources to plan insertions, bypass security, negotiate, hack systems, and confront enemy forces. The book includes a mission generator, a detailed setting history and timeline, mission rewards, a Contacts system for developing useful relationships, and profiles for VENOM adversaries and specialist allies.
