Game of Thrones: The Card Game

Two players command rival noble houses vying for power across Westeros. Play proceeds through rounds of military and political conflicts resolved with character and location cards drawn from two fixed 50-card decks representing the opposing houses. Cards depict familiar leaders, followers and strongholds; players marshal characters, attach items and use special abilities to win skirmishes on the battlefield and influence events at court. The game resolves tension between open combat and behind-the-scenes plotting, with resource management and timing of challenges determining control of the realm.
