This Pathfinder Roleplaying Game supplement expands the themes of hope and despair with new conditions, a madness option, and three deities representing different aspects of emotion. It includes 30 new and revised spells, class options such as the hope domain and iron fist order, three archetypes, new skill uses, magic items, four monsters, and a sample NPC.
