Hanamikoji: Geisha's Road
Two players act as rival patrons supporting a troupe of maiko as they progress toward becoming full geisha and, for some, inheriting a teahouse. Players place influence, move geisha along a road and use a roundel system to allocate actions and resources; geisha advance when they receive sufficient patronage and return to their home teahouse, scoring prestige for graduation and extra prestige if they later inherit the establishment. Play focuses on planning, hidden intentions and timing to be the primary supporter of each geisha; the player whose patronage yields the most prestige across the troupe wins.

El Meeple Azul10.0 Me preocupaba bastante que #LaSendadelaGeisha me recordase demasiado a otros juegos como #LostCities o #Córdoba, juegos con mecánicas muy típicas de #ReinerKnizia. Sin embargo, este juego le da una vuelta de tuerca a esta mecánica dándole más estrategia y haciendo el juego mucho más ameno. No he tenido la oportunidad de jugar a #Hanamikoji y no he buscado hacerlo por esta razón, pero tras ver esta implementación no dudaré en darle una oportunidad lo antes posible. La estética es brutal y tenemos varios modos de juego que harán que las partidas sean totalmente diferentes. Lo que más me gusta es la victoria de partida, ya que hace posible una buena remontada en la segunda ronda si consigue sel favor de las 4 Geishas ganando automaticamente.
