Happy Little Dinosaurs: Decoy Dollar Promo Card
A promo card that modifies Disaster-area play by redirecting itself to the bottom of the Disaster deck instead of entering the Disaster Area. When played, it triggers an immediate hand-swap, letting the active player exchange their entire hand with any other player. Designed to be added to the Disaster deck for use with the base game and expansions, the card changes hand management and timing without altering other rules.
